ACTION ROLE
As Senior Product Designer for the Revenue & Reward squads at Sweat Wallet (NEAR), I owned the end-to-end UX—from defining reward flows and DAO voting interfaces to integrating AI-powered chat—working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing. I ran independent user research and A/B test workshops, iterating rapidly on Figma prototypes to balance technical feasibility with clarity and delight.
ACHIEVEMENTS
I shipped a record-breaking on-chain DAO voting system engaging 357 K+ unique wallets, and redesigned the Home “Circular” UI to lift Day-7 retention by 20 % on iOS and 9 % on Android. I also launched an AI chat serving over 10 M users, and introduced “Daily Flip” and “claim-all” flows that drove +22 % claim rates, +126 % ad completions, clicks ×7, opt-ins +180 %, and boosted on-chain retention by 28 %.
